Joe Moulton was born in Castle Rock, CO. His family later moved to the St. Louis area where he attended high school. Joe earned the award of Eagle Scout at the age of 14. Joe was also heavily involved in sports playing football and golf. After high school, Joe attended Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois where he earned a B.S. in Sports Management with a minor in Digital Media Marketing. He was a student-athlete at Millikin University as a member of the men’s golf team. He also received academic honors by joining the Alpha Lamda Beta and Alpha Lamda Delta Scholar Fraternities.
After graduation, Joe began his career in sales and logistics for national companies working in Denver and St. Louis. Wanting to help people and be more dedicated to his community, he decided to attend law school.
Joe received his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law. During his time at law school, Joe worked for several law firms representing individuals, insurance companies, and corporations. During this time Joe devoted himself to learning the ins and outs of the pre-litigation and litigation process so that he could aggressively advocate for his future clients.
After law school, Joe began his career representing injured individuals in negligent and reckless driving, product liability, and wrongful death matters in the St. Louis Area. He is happy to be back home in the Denver metropolitan area representing people against negligent and reckless drivers and insurance companies.
Joe is admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts in Colorado. Joe is also licensed to practice law in Missouri. His practice focuses on personal injury and insurance bad faith litigation.
Joe enjoys spending time with his friends and family, golfing, and is a passionate Denver sports fan.
