Congrats to John O’Grady on his success at a WC hearing in doubling our client’s monetary benefits in the claim for workers’ compensation. John was able to successfully defeat an allegation by the employer that the client violated a safety rule leading to the client’s leg amputation. Client was called in several times to repair a machine leaking hydraulic fluid. While making repairs, the track suddenly and unexpectedly lurched forward.
