An independent report by a legal analytics company ranks Franklin D. Azar & Associates as one of the leading law firms nationally in litigation against insurance companies.
A study of court data from across the country ranks the Azar firm as number two in the nation among plaintiff firms involved in insurance litigation, based on the total number of cases filed in 2019 against insurance companies in federal district courts. The report was issued by Unicourt, a research company that provides case tracking and analysis.
Unicourt recognized Azar and several other “noteworthy firms” for their extensive experience in representing insurance policyholders seeking compensation for their losses. Firm founder Frank Azar says the data reflects his attorneys’ determination to fight for their clients, including pursuing bad faith lawsuits when insurance companies refuse to pay legitimate claims.
